Independent Consulting Practice

Enterprise AI and customer strategy, from experimentation to sustained value

Quantis Consulting is the independent practice of David Lasley, focused on helping enterprise organizations navigate AI platform adoption, post-sale strategy, and the operational realities of moving from pilot to production.

About

I've spent my career in enterprise SaaS, managing strategic accounts across financial services, healthcare, telecom, and retail. That work has always centered on complex platform adoption and the commercial outcomes tied to it: onboarding, executive alignment, renewal, and expansion.

More recently, I've been building hands-on with agentic AI workflows, multi-provider LLM orchestration, and applied AI systems. Enterprise customer strategy paired with direct technical experience in AI systems is what I bring to every engagement.

Focus Areas

AI Adoption Strategy

Helping organizations move AI initiatives from experimentation into production with clear governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

Post-Sale Strategy

Advising SaaS companies on enterprise customer lifecycle, retention, and expansion within technical and API-first platform environments.

Platform Evaluation

Market research and vendor evaluation across CMS, DXP, personalization, and content infrastructure platforms.

Applied AI Systems

Hands-on development with LLM orchestration, structured validation pipelines, and modular experimentation frameworks.

Background

My background spans management consulting and early-to-mid-stage SaaS, with a consistent thread of helping enterprise organizations adopt complex platforms and realize measurable value from them.

At Accenture Interactive, I led digital strategy and transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients, advising executive stakeholders on platform modernization, personalization, and large-scale technology adoption. That consulting foundation shaped how I approach every customer relationship: start with the business problem, align stakeholders around outcomes, and build a plan that survives contact with reality.

I moved into customer success because I wanted to own the outcome, not just the recommendation. At Contentful, I managed the company's most strategic enterprise accounts across financial services, healthcare, telecom, and retail. At an earlier startup, I built and led the solutions consulting and customer care teams, managing a group of 10+ focused on enterprise onboarding, implementation, and enablement.

Quantis Consulting is built on that foundation.
